Advanced Ninja Training

Designed for dedicated athletes ages 6 and up, this class focuses on mastering complex obstacle courses, advanced techniques, and strategic planning to conquer even the most challenging runs. Athletes will refine their skills on obstacles like warped walls, salmon ladders, cliffhangers, and more, while building strength, agility, and endurance. With an emphasis on speed, precision, and course strategy, this class is ideal for ninjas looking to compete or elevate their performance to elite levels. OPEN NINJA GYM

With no formal instruction, this is the perfect opportunity for ninjas of all levels to experiment, train, and play. Whether you're preparing for competition or just looking for some active fun, Ninja Open Gym is the place to be! Coaches will be on hand to ensure safety and offer tips as needed.
