Summer Camp Information

HC Elite Athletics Summer Camps are designed to give elementary-aged kids an active, fun-filled summer experience in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment. Our goal is simple: keep kids moving, smiling, and excited to come back each day.

🏃‍♂️ Activity Level & Participation

  • Camps are approximately 90% physical activity
  • Activities include games, movement, obstacle courses, and creative play
  • Campers are encouraged—but never forced—to participate
  • Kids may choose their level of involvement in activities

👥 Our Coaches

  • At least 1-2 Adult Camp Lead per Camp
  • High school and college-aged coaches
  • Focused on creating the most fun atmosphere possible
  • Trained to maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment


👥 Structure & Supervision

To ensure safety, engagement, and age-appropriate activities, campers are divided into small groups of no more than 10 children, grouped by age with a camper to coach ratio of 5:1.

⭐ Special Events & Weekly Themes

Each camp week may include one special event, depending on the theme. For example, water week may include a day with an outdoor waterslide or outdoor adventure week may include an onsite petting zoo. Our goal is to create fun, unique experiences for our campers!

Special events are planned carefully and communicated in advance. Final details will be shared once confirmed.

20-minute rotations with assigned small groups

Stations may include:

  1. Ninja / Obstacle Courses
  2. Group Games
  3. Trampoline
  4. Craft
  5. Board Games / Thinking Games

11:55 AM–12:45 PM

Afternoon

1:00–2:00 PM
Group Rotations (30-minute blocks, camper choice):

  • Floor Games (dodgeball, capture the flag, sharks & minnows)
  • Crafting / Building (STEM-focused)
